3. How We Use Your Data & Legal Basis

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds under GDPR:

• Contractual / Pre-contractual Necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Processing contact inquiries to respond to questions, provide artwork pricing, or arrange purchase details.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Sending marketing emails and newsletters via MailerLite when you explicitly opt in by checking the consent checkbox during subscription.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate our website and services:

• Resend & Supabase: Used to process and transmit contact form messages securely to our administration inbox.
• MailerLite: Used to store subscriber lists and send newsletter updates. MailerLite is compliant with GDPR requirements.
• Hosting Platforms: Supabase and Lovable for secure website hosting and database storage.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), to monitor, analyze, and optimize website traffic and user engagement across our portfolio.

• Information Collected: Google Analytics processes pseudonymous data, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device model, pages visited, time spent per page, and referral URLs via first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*).
• Purpose & Legal Basis: The legal basis for processing analytics data is your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), requested via our cookie banner upon your initial visit. Analytics cookies are executed only after you choose to accept them.
• Data Retention & Transfer: Analytics data is stored in aggregated, pseudonymous formats according to standard retention configurations. Data processed by Google may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside the EU/EEA under standard contractual clauses (SCCs) to ensure data protection compliance.
